Terms of Service

Last updated September 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of Hub at hub.ntrr.com, a family care coordination service operated by Not The Runaround. By using Hub you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. Hub is in early testing, and free

Hub is pre-release. It is provided free of charge while we test it with a small number of households. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be interrupted.

We will give notice before Hub ever becomes paid. Taking part in testing does not commit you to a subscription and does not create any obligation to pay for what you have used.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so keep access to that mailbox secure. You are responsible for what happens in your household under your account.

Hub is for adults. Do not create an account for someone else without their knowledge, and do not add a person’s mobile number without asking them.

3. What Hub is not

Hub is a coordination tool, not a care provider. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, it does not supervise anyone, and it is not a monitoring or emergency service.

Do not rely on Hub where a missed task could cause harm. It can fail, a calendar can sync late, a notification can be missed. If someone needs urgent help, contact emergency services.

4. Households and other people's information

Hub is shared by design. Information you put in — tasks, events, members’ names and numbers — is visible to others in your household according to their role.

If you add information about another person, you are confirming you have a legitimate reason to do so and, where it matters, their agreement. That is your responsibility, not ours.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Hub to harass, surveil or control another person
  • Do not try to reach households or data that are not yours
  • Do not disrupt the service, or attempt to circumvent its limits or security
  • Do not resell Hub or present it as your own

We may suspend an account that does these things, and will say why unless doing so would put someone at risk.

6. Reliant is separate

Reliant, our phone assistant, is a separate service with separate terms. Hub does not place calls or send texts. Nothing here signs you up for phone calls, and nobody else can agree to calls on your behalf.

7. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of what you put into Hub. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — storing it, displaying it to your household, and backing it up. We do not use your content to train anything.

8. Ending it

Stop whenever you like. Email support@ntrr.com to delete your account and data. We may end or suspend the service, and because Hub is free and in testing we may do so at any time — but we will give reasonable notice and a way to get your information out where we can.

9. No warranty

Hub is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. This matters more than usual here: it is a free pre-release product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Hub. Since Hub is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and we will tell account holders directly about anything significant. Continuing to use Hub after a change means you accept it.

12. Contact
