Privacy Policy

Last updated September 28, 2026

This policy describes how Hub — a family care coordination service operated by Not The Runaround (“we,” “us”) at hub.ntrr.com — collects, uses and shares information.

Hub is used to coordinate care, often for people who are vulnerable. We have tried to write this plainly rather than defensively, and to describe what the software actually does.

1. What we collect

  • Account. Your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time link. Optionally a display name and a mobile number, if you choose to add one.
  • Household. The household name, its members, each member’s access role and care persona, and invitations you send.
  • Tasks. Task titles, descriptions, due dates, who they are assigned to, recurrence, and completion history.
  • Calendar events, if you connect a calendar. Event titles, descriptions, locations and times are copied into Hub so they can be displayed alongside tasks.
  • Connection credentials, if you connect Google or Apple. These are encrypted before storage. For Zapier ingest we store only a one-way hash of the token — never the token itself.
  • An activity log of changes to household membership, integrations and tasks, so a household can see what happened and when.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking software in Hub, and we set no cookies for those purposes. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

2. Calendar access is read-only

When you connect Google Calendar, Hub requests read-only scopes. It reads your calendar list and events so it can show them; it does not create, edit or delete anything in your Google account. Apple calendars are read through CalDAV, also read-only.

You choose which calendars are shared with the household and which stay personal. Personal calendars are not shown to other members, including coordinators.

Disconnecting an integration in Settings stops further syncing. Events already copied into Hub remain until deleted — email us if you want them removed.

3. Our “AI” does not use an AI vendor

Hub generates suggestions such as schedule conflicts and reminder prompts. These come from deterministic rules running on our own servers. No large language model is involved, and your household data is not sent to any AI provider.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Information is shared only with service providers that run Hub on our behalf:

  • Supabase — database and authentication (United States)
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • An email delivery provider — sign-in links and digests
  • Google and Apple — only if you connect them, and only to read what you authorised

Within your household, members see household tasks and calendars shared with the household. Access depends on the role they are given.

We may disclose information if legally required, or to protect someone’s safety.

5. Reliant is a separate service

Reliant is our phone assistant and a separate product with its own account and its own privacy policy. Hub does not place calls or send texts, and no Hub data is sent to Reliant. If we ever connect them, we will update this policy first and ask the person being contacted for their own agreement — nobody else can give it on their behalf.

6. Keeping and deleting

We keep information for as long as your household uses Hub. You can delete tasks and disconnect integrations yourself at any time.

To delete your account and its data, email support@ntrr.com. We will confirm and act within 30 days. Some records may persist briefly in backups before expiring.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will honour them; we will not charge you or make the service worse for asking.

8. Children

Hub is intended for adults coordinating care. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. A household may record tasks or events concerning a child; that information is provided by the adults in the household.

9. Security

Access is separated by household and enforced in the database, not only in the application. Integration credentials are encrypted before storage. No service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise — if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

10. Hub is in early testing

Hub is pre-release and offered free of charge while we test it. It may change, break, or be interrupted. We will give notice before it ever becomes paid, and being a tester does not commit you to anything.

11. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for anything that affects how your information is used, tell account holders directly.

12. Contact
